Choice of one entrée:

Pork Tenderloin: Grilled pork tenderloin, roasted carrots, parmesan polenta and Captain Morgan rum glaze.

Chicken Marsala: Pan-fried chicken, linguine, roasted mushrooms, shallots and a marsala cream sauce.

Vegetarian Bolognese: Linguine topped with roasted mushrooms, carrots, red peppers, tomatoes, celery, garlic and finished with shaved parmesan and chives.
